Starting with an impromptu day off Friday night meant I could play poker with the lads (Krash, Sam Rob s, Rob Y and Barry). I won a 'few bob' that night which basically payed for the beer.</p> <p></span><strong><span>Saturday </span></strong><span>I went for a drive in my car and saw my uncle race in his Auto Grass stock car. The weather was lovely and I knew the weekend was going my way. When I got home I watched soccer special and seen <strong><span>Blues take Top of the table again</span></strong>.....I thought my weekend will be complete if Derby loses tomorrow. </span><span>I went to work that night and worked my arse off. There was a great Live Band on thou, called the <strong><span>Issue</span></strong>; they play music by razorlight, fratellies, the automatic, the view etc so I loved it. The night took ages to pass thou in <strong><span>anticipation of Blues going back to the Premiership</span></strong>. </p> <p></span><span>After work I had a few beers to try and wind down, to no avail however. I couldn&rsquo;t sleep when I got home knowing that my life would change and people in the pub could no longer end every banter in football with the lines "At least our teams in a proper league"....<br></span><span>Next morning (<strong><span>Sunday</span></strong>) I went out and did a bit of work on computers for a mate, secretly trying to tune the radio into 5-Live. In the end I knocked off at half time and watched the second half at home. <strong><span>My god Palace Won</span></strong>. The cockneys are good as something! I don't remember much after that, alcohol was involved somewhere though....</p> <p></span><span>"Keep right on" </p> <p></span><span>Today I loved seeing <strong><span>Chelsea lose</span></strong>.... And I want Man Utd. 2 win 2morrow and Liverpool to win. I also find this one Easier to use and I can test parts of websites on it with the HTML function before I upload them.</p> <p>Between working this morning and working tonight I’m going to upload some pictures and link to a load of websites to hopefully get my "Google rating" up.....This really isn’t an advertising ploy or an excuse to get my websites linked to a source that Google would believe to be "quality and sound".....</p> <p>------</p> <p>Anyway, This new blog will have posts about everything, Work, life, my book, inspirational anecdotes, insults and the usual. </p> <p><strong>I'll start off with talking about my dilemma...</strong><br> I go on holiday in 3 weeks today. I have enough money saved up. I also have some extra money and I don't know whether to save it for my Hols as well or by a Nintendo Wii.....I already have a PS3 (which I find a little disappointing because it doesn’t allow for VGA HD like the 360, and the games are limited at the minute to 4). I have an Xbox 360 also. This is good but I never play it anymore and haven’t brought a game since Christmas. I tend to play PSone games on my PSP whenever I have free time, not that I have a lot of free time working as much as I do...So what should I go. Get a Wii that I know I won’t have time to play, just so that I feel slightly happier knowing that I have all 3 consoles and if I ever want to relax I can wave my hand around in the air like a twat with a Wiimote.....Or shall I save it up to have a better holiday, or save it for the sake of saving......</p> <p> “There is no dilemma compared with that of the deep-sea diver who hears the message from the ship above, "Come up at once.
